Easy and precise blanking. With the alublanker from Marbach.
We have various blanking solutions in our portfolio. Recently, this also includes the Marbach alublanker. This tool not only convinces with its light weight but also with its maximum precision for efficient blanking processes.
The alublanker is a special blanking tool lower part that is manufactured from one piece and in one milling operation. The separating grid is made of aluminum and is completely CNC-machined.

In 102-106 format, it is so light that one machine operator is enough to install and set-up the tool in the die-cutting machine. For our customers, this means time and, of course, cost savings. The alublanker is suitable for practically all layouts. It is available in marbablanker and lightblanker versions.
