Innovative stripping technology from Marbach. More efficiency with the masterstrip|plate.

We have developed numerous groundbreaking solutions over the years to increase efficiency in packaging production. One of these innovations is the masterstrip|plate, which ensures maximum process reliability during stripping.

The masterstrip|plate is a specially developed upper stripping tool that, in combination with the marbastrip technology, enables a smooth and precise dynamic stripping process. By using spring-loaded presser plates, the die-cut sheet is optimally fixed and positioned during stripping.

“Our masterstrip|plate ensures a very stable stripping process,” explains Bernhard Reisser, Industry Manager at Marbach. ”The spring-loaded presser plates ensure that the sheet is perfectly smoothed, optimally positioned to the tool and securely fixed – and all this with minimal pressure on the lower part. In combination with the standard integrated sheet lifter marbafly, this ensures an absolutely stable and waste-free stripping process. Due to the lower frictional forces between the die-cut sheet and the lower stripper, the sheet lifter also guarantees more stable nicks so that even complex packaging designs can be produced with maximum efficiency.” 

Thanks to this innovative Marbach technology, safety and performance in the stripping station are significantly increased. Users benefit from higher machine speeds, waste-free blanks and an overall optimized process quality.
