CUTTING-DIE.
Marbach America Inc. in Charlotte (NC) and Michigan City (IN).
Cutting-dies are used to produce packaging for a wide variety of products such as food, cosmetics, non-food or cigarettes. Marbach supplies its tools to printshops, which print paperboard and cut it out with Marbach cutting-dies. After filling, these can be found on supermarket shelves.
THERMOFORMING.
Marbach tool & equipment, Inc. in Elkhart (IN).
In the plastics sector, Marbach supplies plastics manufacturers with thermoforming tools for yoghurt cups, lids and menu trays. This involves using heat to shape a film, which is then filled and delivered to supermarket refrigerated shelves.

APPLICATION PROCESS.
1. Application: Apply to the open requisition for the position you are interested in.
2. Phone screen: If selected after a resume review the candidate will get a call to do short phone interview.
3. In Person Interview: An in person interview will be scheduled if the candidate is selected after the phone screen.
4. Offer letter: Offer Letter: The selected candidate will get a call providing more details and will receive an offer letter.
5. Background Check and Drug test: Per company policies, candidates need to pass a background check and drug test before starting their position.
6. Onboarding documents: A link to create an account on our employee self service portal will be sent. From there, onboarding documents will need to be completed before day 1.
7. Orientation/day 1: On the first day of employment there will be an orientation for the new employee.
