Our division Marbach Die Supplies has a comprehensive portfolio of materials for diemakers. This is also true for counter plates: Here, we supply individual solutions from simple creasing matrixes to cutting plates for the production of steel counter plates. However, the top seller for counter plates among us has been the same for some years: rillma+.
André Angermeir, Sales Manager at Marbach Die Supplies: "rillma+ is a counter plate made of hard paper. The structure of the different layers gives rillma+ its special technical properties: It makes the material very durable, ensures optimum millability in processing and resulting in perfectly milled creasing channels. rillma+ is neither too rigid nor too soft, which simplifies handling when applying as well as removing the material. And, of course, our unique adhesive material ensures ideal bonding to the cutting plate. All these properties make rillma+ ideal for diemakers to work with and support perfect creased packaging."
rillma+ is available from us as sheet material in many thicknesses ranging between 0.3 mm and 1.9 mm. Depending on the requirements in full and half format, with and without self-adhesion. In addition, we also supply the matching accessories such as rillma bolts and corresponding rubber rings.
