The masterstrip|plate from Marbach. For best stripping performance.
Over the decades, we have developed numerous solutions that provides more performance in the production of packaging. One of these innovations is the masterstrip|plate.
The masterstrip|plate is a special upper stripping tool – in combination with the marbastrip technology developed by us – that ensures a smooth and safe stripping process.
Marbach Industry Manager Bernhard Reisser: "The masterstrip|plate is equipped with special spring-loaded presser plates. These presser plates ensure that the die-cut sheet is optimally positioned and fixed in relation to the tool during the stripping process. The matching lower stripping tool in marbastrip design is equipped with the marbafly lifting aid as standard. This makes the stripping process extremely stable during packaging production. This enables very high machine speeds, zero waste and the best stripping performance, even for the most demanding requirements.
