Steirerpack is enthusiastic about the Marbach tool marbacover|2.0. "Since we have been using marbacover, we have not had a single complaint during production!"

We have recently added the product marbacover|2.0 to our range. Marbach customer Steirerpack has been using this special tool for corrugated board since mid-2023 and is enthusiastic about its performance.

Maurice Schweiger, Product Developer at Steirerpack GmbH in Austria: "Due to the price pressure on the market, the quality of the paper types as well as the grammages are being slimmed down more and more. The quality of the blanks produced suffers as a result. This is because the weaker the material used, the more susceptible it is to burst of the inner layers. Despite this development, the quality requirements for the cut-to-size sheets remain the same, and nothing changes in the production process. As blank quality is a fundamentally important factor for our customers, we have been looking for solutions to this problem for some time. When the Marbach sales force visited us, we mentioned this topic. Our contact person then showed us marbacover|2.0. For me as a technician who has been working in the tool sector for 20 years, this was a good solution. After all, it's better to invest a few euros more in advance than to have an unhappy customer and high additional costs afterwards."

Steirerpack started using marbacover|2.0 for its corrugated board flat dies. The main focus was on tools for major customers, which are used almost daily.

Schweiger continues: "We aim to ensure consistent quality of the blanks, as this is the basis for smooth packaging processes for our customers. Since we have been using marbacover|2.0, we have not had a single complaint or objection during production. We are delighted with this Marbach technology!"
