Perfect stripping. With Marbach stripping technologies.
We offer various tool technologies for the stripping process, which can be individually tailored to different requirements.
Conventional stripping with lower pins is time-consuming and often limited in functionality at high speeds. Therefore we have developed stripping technologies for dynamic stripping that do not require lower pins: marbastrip and masterstrip|plate.
marbastrip: the standard in stripping.
marbastrip technology does not require the use of lower pins and offers a stable and efficient process thanks to special stripping claws. A marbastrip tool is ready for immediate use and ensures an efficient set-up and stripping process.
masterstrip|plate: for the highest demands.
Based on marbastrip technology, the high-performance tool masterstrip|plate has a presser plate that smoothes the paperboard sheet, thus ensuring an optimal stripping process. Special sheet lifters in the lower part additionally support the further transport of the paperboard sheet. The masterstrip|plate stands for maximum performance in stripping.
Industry manager Reisser explains: “The tooling technologies marbastrip and masterstrip|plate are ideal for most applications. Only for very delicate waste and high demands for waste-free production, we recommend a special solution: our lower pin unit with special precision lower pins. This ensures that the blanks are waste-free, even with the smallest waste parts.”
