Die-cutting 4.0. With CONNECT|M from Marbach.
Marbach has launched a new, groundbreaking system solution under the name CONNECT|M. With this, Marbach has achieved the transformation of a previously and largely analog process into a digital one. This offers completely new possibilities to the user. CONNECT|M provides cloud-based, digital connection of the cutting-die, the die-cutting machine and the user. The result is efficient die management in packaging production and key performance indicators at the touch of a button.
Connect|M is a special, newly developed system solution that combines web-based software with various hardware components. Cameras, sensors and QR codes provide a connection between the tool, the die-cutting machine and the user in the production of a packaging manufacturer. This digital connection enables performance tracking and efficient tool management. The result is not only structured and simplified documentation of die information, but also the determining of key indicators for greater efficiency in packaging production. This includes automated reporting of changes in tool performance. The key indicators determined are used to identify trends at an early stage and reveal potential: the perfect basis for decisions relating to the die-cutting process and for maximum transparency in packaging production.
