Marbach solution for reduced make-ready times. drupa visitors show great interest in digital zone levelling DZL|plate.

We showed numerous innovations at drupa 2024 in Düsseldorf: In addition to the digital system solution CONNECT|M and the new high-performance rubber marbaject, the new lightweight solutions alublanker, solidplate|alu and duramar|alu were also a crowd puller. The DZL (digital zone levelling), which is now even more durable with a new type of coating, was especially in demand at the our booth.

Bernhard Reisser, Industry Manager at Marbach: “The DZL|plate was very popular at drupa. It is quick and easy to handle and you can see the results of its use immediately in the make-ready times. Once inserted into the die-cutting machine, the DZL|plate takes over zone levelling for many months. Its advantages are obvious: our customers tell us that they need significantly less cutting pressure and that the knife make-ready times per job are reduced by more than 30%. This pays off quickly: digital zone levelling amortizes itself within a very short time. Many of our customers have therefore equipped their entire machine fleet with digital zone levelling and have become significantly more efficient in making ready their orders. With its new coating, the DZL|plate now ensures reduced make-ready times for even longer." 

The DZL|plate from Marbach is available in the versions DZL|plate for cardboard machines and DZL|plateXL for large-format machines in the corrugated board sector.
