The globally active die-maker Marbach now has added a new technology to its portfolio that allows customers to calibrate their die-cutting machines themselves. This ensures perfect interaction between the individual stations of the die-cutting machine and all upper and lower tools. For maximum performance in packaging production.
Jan Brunner, Head of Business Development at Marbach: "If the individual stations and the upper and lower tool parts in a die-cutting machine are not perfectly synchronized, time-consuming set-up processes are inevitable. Our solution: the calibration tool. This sets a die-cutting machine to 0 and calibrates all stations perfectly to each other. This increases process reliability in the overall process and significantly reduces set-up times for each individual job."
