Marbach in Singapore. Successful presentation at the Thin Wall Packaging Asia.
Marbach Tool Manufacturing, one of the leading producers of thermoforming tools for the plastics industry, presented some innovations from its product portfolio at the Thin Wall Packaging Asia in Singapore. Since the Thin Wall Packaging Cologne has been an important event in the industry for years, the Thin Wall Packaging Asia took place for the second time. And already it is the most important event for thin wall packaging in the Asian region. On the 18th and 19th of September, the “Who's Who” in the packaging industry for thin wall plastics met in Singapore. 100 participants came to the congress to listen to lectures, to take part in workshops and to network.
Marbach's presentation consisted of an information table and a lecture. In the latter, Thomas Reinhardt, Director of Sales Asia at Marbach, introduced the latest Marbach tool technologies as well as recommendations for more efficient processes. The highlight of the presentation was an innovative thermo-formed packaging that is re-closable: the Marbach in-house development Turner. Thomas Reinhardt: “We at Marbach take care of more than just the tools. But also of the whole process: because not only the tools and article development are important for good thermoforming results, but also processing and the consistent use of good foil material. With our know-how we are able to support our customers in all these areas. To achieve best performance in thermoforming.”
