Marbach expands to Scandinavia. Marbach acquires Stållinjestans Laserform AB in Sweden.

Marbach is expanding to Scandinavia: We have acquired the Swedish market leader, Stållinjestans Laserform AB in Malmö. Since 1st April 2024, Stållinjestans has been part of the globally active Marbach Group. The previous owners of Stållinjestans, Martin and Sarah Rönngard, will continue to manage the company.

Stållinjestans Managing Director Martin Rönngard about the sale to Marbach: "Since my sister and I took over the family business from our father, we have grown strongly. We have automated our production and greatly expanded our market share and our service. We want to continue on this path in the future and reach the next level in order to be able to offer our customers even more quality, technology and performance. We quickly realized that this would hardly be possible as a small, independent diemaker. The Marbach Group is the perfect solution for us to realize our vision. I am certain of this: as part of the world market leader in die-cutting technology, we now have the opportunity to reach the next level.
