Marbach at the Hispack in Barcelona. Innovations for performance.

Marbach will be exhibiting its latest developments at the Hispack trade fair. The Hispack will take place from 8th to 11th May in Barcelona. It is one of the most important packaging fairs in Spain and every 3 years attracts around 40,000 visitors. The Foodtech exhibition takes place at the same time as the Hispack. 

After participating for the first time in 2015, Marbach will again exhibit this year at Hispack. At its 20 m² stand B290 in pavilion 2, the die-maker will present its highlights of recent months.

Digital zone levelling
Digital zone levelling compensates for machine unevenness. It eliminates the need for conventional area make-ready that used to be necessary for every job. Once a digital zone levelling has been set up, it will last for months. The result: significantly reduced make-ready times for each individual order.

Height-adjustable anvil
The reverse-cutting technology is used to produce elegant opening mechanisms in packaging. Highest precision is therefore essential. In reverse-cutting, the paperboard is scored on both sides - inside and outside. With the height-adjustable anvil from Marbach, customers can not only count on optimally functioning opening mechanisms, but also save make-ready time and achieve consistent results.

lightblanker
The lightblanker is a modular blanking tool. Its special feature: the base frame can remain in the machine. It is adapted to the order-specific blanking grid each time. Thanks to its quick-lock mechanism, the lightblanker is ready for use in next to no time at all. Its advantages: one-man operation as well as high flexibility and speedy conversion to sheet delivery. 

Marbach thinplate
In the field of hot-foil stamping, Marbach uses the thinplate technology to archive embossing cliches for repeat jobs. This means that they do not have to be set-up each and every time. This saves customers make-ready time for repeat orders.
