Marbach at the education fair in Heilbronn. A strong company with a strong training program.

Marbach will be present, with a stand at the IHK education fair in 2018 – as in previous years. This will take place from 28th to 30th June at the redblue center in Heilbronn. 

Nicole Schmitt, human resources officer and apprenticeship manager at Marbach: "The education fair is a great opportunity for us to talk directly to and get to know our future apprentices. For a medium-sized family-owned business such as ours, finding young talent is of course a central issue. We need good employees to drive our company forward. Many of today's Marbach managers started their careers with an apprenticeship at Marbach." 

Marbach currently employs 55 apprentices in 12 different commercial and technical professions as well as in various fields of study. Training is tailored to Marbach's needs, so that the later hiring rate is almost 100 %. Having been awarded the Dualis seal of the Heilbronn-Franken Chamber of Industry and Commerce, our company guarantees highest training standards. 

Schmitt continues: "At the education fair, visitors can obtain comprehensive information about our apprenticeships. Not only the training managers are on-site as stand crew, but also Marbach apprentices from various professions. They look forward to answering many questions from visitors about their profession. It couldn’t be more practical."

At the stand 33 in hall A Marbach has a roller press with which a multi-book - a kind of school organizer - is die-cut, which the visitors can take with them immediately. Marbach also has a surprise in store for the visitors, but this is still top secret at the moment. Schmitt: "We are already looking forward to many interesting discussions with our future apprentices".
