Marbach at the FachPack in Nuremberg 2019. Successful trade fair appearance.

Marbach was able to welcome more than 200 visitors to its 63 m² stand at the FachPack. In Nuremberg, Marbach not only informed visitors about its product innovations, but also about its extensive range of services.

Marbach sales manager Silvio Gruber: "For many years FachPack has been a very successful event for us. It has become a permanent feature in our trade fair year. On the one hand, we are able to meet our existing customers and inform them about current news, and on the other we are also able to establish many new contacts. A perfect combination. This year too, we made many exciting contacts".

Marbach presented a wided range of solutions for its customers’ performance at its stand 612 in hall 7. 

In addition to the latest topics such as the new hand-held tool marbanick|2+ and the new anvil for reverse cutting, Marbach exhibited its platen cleaning device mplaten|cleaner, its digital zone levelling technology DZL|plate as well as special rotary tools with active stripping technology. In addition, Marbach could provide detailed information on its new 360° service on board.

marbanick|2+
With the hand-held tool marbanick|2+, waste nicks in cutting rules can be placed directly at customer's location. The insertion of the waste nicks is fast, safe and controlled. The highlight of the Marbach device: several strengths can be inserted with the same device.

Split height-adjustable anvil
With the split height-adjustable anvil for paperboard tools in the multiplex or greenplate version, Marbach customers can quickly and easily adjust the height of the anvils of their cutting-die when reverse cutting. Each block can be individually set-up and in this way optimally adjusted. Marbach customers benefit from reduced make-ready times, functional packaging and simple application.

mplaten|cleaner
With the Marbach platen cleaning device, dirt and rust are removed from the die-cutting platen and any unevenness is smoothed out. This significantly minimizes make-ready effort and reduces die-cutting pressure. The service life of the tool is thus extended and the die-cutting result is positively influenced by the clean die-cutting platen. Customers benefit from excellent performance and increased productivity in their die-cutting processes.

Digital zone levelling
The DZL|plate is a special protection plate which – individually adapted to the die-cutting machine – compensates for unevenness in the platen. It ensures that a conventional area make-ready – which previously had to be carried out for each individual job – is completely eliminated. The result: significantly reduced make-ready times for each and every job.

Rotary tools with active stripping technology
More and more rotary die-cutting machines are being used in which tools are fitted with active stripping technology. Marbach has developed special tools especially for these machines. For maximum productivity in rotary die-cutting, 100% waste-free blanks and very high running speeds of the rotary machine. 

360° service
Marbach offers its customers an extensive service portfolio centred on packaging in the field of die-cutting technology. In addition to training courses at the Marbach Academy, this also includes various services relating to packaging as well as the productivity-increasing Performance Boost package.
