Marbach at the Education Fair 2022. A strong company with a strong training.

We will be represented with a stand at the education fair in the redblue in Heilbronn on 6 and 7 May.

Nicole Waczowicz, personnel officer and head of training at Marbach: "After the education fair was cancelled in two consecutive years due to Corona, we are very happy that this very important event for us can take place again in 2022. Once more we will have the opportunity to meet our future apprentices in person and to speak to them directly. As a medium-sized family business, young talent is a very important issue for us. We require skilled employees to keep our company moving forward and thus ensure a successful future."

Marbach currently has 45 trainees in 11 different commercial and technical professions as well as in different courses of studies. Considering that we exclusively trains according to demand, the take-over rate is almost 100%. Training at Marbach has been awarded the Dualis seal of the Heilbronn-Franken Chamber of Industry and Commerce, which recognises the highest quality of training. But there's more: As part of the "Digital Training" project, we focus on digitalisation in learning. This ensures up-to-date and efficient training.

Waczowicz continues: "At our stand at the education fair, visitors can get comprehensive information about our apprenticeships and study programmes. Not only the training managers will be on site as stand crew, but also Marbach trainees from different professions will be present who can report on their training at Marbach. We, and our trainees, are looking forward to meeting many visitors."

As at every education fair, we will have various exciting activities for visitors at our stand in 2022.
