Marbach started its training program one and a half years ago. Under the name "Marbach Academy. More knowledge. More skills." Today Marbach offers practice-oriented training courses in all aspects of die-cutting packaging. The new training program for 2020 is now available.
Tina Dost, Head of Marketing: "We are very pleased with the success of the Marbach Academy. Our goal of supporting the participants in the increasing demands of the market is paying off. We have had numerous customers, paperboard manufacturers, schools and associations as guests. Since October, we have been part of the new training program of the FFI (Fachverband Faltschachtelindustrie e.V.), in which we are responsible for the die-cutting module."
Topics of training at the Marbach Academy include die-cutting, stripping, blanking and finishing of folding boxes, tobacco boxes and corrugated board packaging. Standard or individual training courses can be booked. In the case of individual training courses, the content is defined in advance by the participating company and is thus directly tailored to the needs of the seminar attendees.
Dost continues: "Within the training courses we want to pass on our know-how to the participants. In this way, we are able to advance employee qualification by ensuring that participating companies can optimize their die-cutting processes, thus leading to greater work efficiency, productivity and cost reduction."
