Interplastica in Moscow. Marbach presents its innovations.
Marbach Werkzeugbau (Tool Manufacturing) will exhibit once again at the Interplastica in Moscow in 2018. This international trade fair for plastics and rubber will take place from 23rd to 26th January. It is the leading plastics trade fair for Russia and Eastern Europe.
Marbach will present the latest innovations from its product portfolio on its 12 m² information stand.
Marbach Turner
The highlight at the Marbach booth will be the Turner – a thermoformed cup with a reclosable screw cap. This is comparable to the well-known metal lid of a jam jar. What makes Turner so special is that up to now, such closures could only be manufactured with complex tooling techniques that required compromises in product design. The Marbach solution is simpler. Because the Turner can be thermoformed with a standard tool with round-cutting geometry.
MT|easy speed
This Marbach tool in match-metal technology complies with the latest machine generations. Marbach Sales Manager Hubert Kittelmann: "With MT|easy speed, our customers benefit from verifiable performance improvements. The significantly reduced tool weight and the special solid body structure relieve the load on the drives of the production machine. Moreover, the aluminum construction ensures that the thermal conductivity of MT|easy is many times better than that of steel. This significantly reduces the cooling time at critical points of the product. For high cycle numbers and more output."
