Successful trade fair presentation. At FachPack.

FachPack in Nuremberg. An important substantial trade fair for the packaging industry. That took place between the 27th and 29th September 2016. Marbach presented its latest innovations on-site. Cuttings-dies for corrugated board. Paperboard. Technical applications. Labels. But also machines. And materials.

This year, Marbach again awakened great interest in its visitors. More than 200 visited our stand in three days. And were well looked after. Consulted. And informed about the newest Marbach innovations. For best performance.

Innovations concerning refinements, productivity and hygiene were the main topics of interest at the Marbach booth.

Refinement
Marbach has developed its pure edge technology. To make flawless visible edges on corrugated board packaging possible. Especially important for packaging that has to be outstanding at the point of sale.

Refinement is very important for attractive packaging that is required to sell the product. For paperboard. As well as for corrugated board. That’s why this topic was a major focus of the visitors’ interest at the booth. Embossing. Hot foil. Or special technologies such as reverse cutting. Marbach provides a unique portfolio in this area.

Productivity
Marbach customers can match their cutting-die to the changing material properties of corrugated board jobs. Simple and fast with the nick changing system.

The digital zone levelling neutralizes machine unevenness. And allows a reduction of make-ready time.

With the new blanking tools marbablanker and lightblanker, Marbach recently launched a newly developed blanking technology. Light. Cost-efficient. And flexible.

Marbach has also developed a time-saving invention for hot foil jobs. Clichés can be archived for repeat jobs so they don’t need to be patched-up again.

Hygiene
There is also news concerning hygiene.

Hygiene in the food industry concerns not only migration of colors. But especially in the area of direct packaging the cutting-die is an important topic as well . Marbach meets the demands of product safety and hygiene with its new tool marbaclean. It is equipped with special safety components. And materials that are appropriate for the food industry. Certified.
