Efficient blanking: The marbablanker from Marbach.
Marbach supplies cutting-dies, stripping and blanking tools to packaging manufacturers of folding cartons and corrugated board packaging. An important component in the blanking portfolio is the marbablanker.
Jan Brunner, Sales Manager at Marbach: "With the marbablanker, blanking becomes child's play. It is individually adapted to the respective job and the die-cutting machine. This ensures short set-up times and a fast and smooth blanking process."
The marbablanker is characterized by its solid frame made of stable aluminum profiles. It is light, robust and at the same time comfortable to handle. Depending on the requirements of the layout, the marbablanker offers a wide variety of materials for the separating grids: wood, laser-cut steel bars, bent steel bars, laser- or water-jet-cut steel plates, and now brand new also milled aluminum separating grids.
Brunner continues: "With this variety, the marbablanker covers a wide range and is always the right choice. That is why it is our standard blanking system. It is “ready to use”, the operator just has to insert it into the machine and the job can start."
