Die Storage System. For safely stored cutting-dies.
In addition to our comprehensive portfolio of cutting-dies, we also offer suitable storage systems. The Marbach Die Storage System (MDSS) is available for flat cutting-dies up to 2,100 format. It supports good in-house logistics for packaging manufacturers.
The MDSS storage system consists of a rack frame into which individual die cassettes are inserted. In addition, the storage system is supplemented by suitable handling devices for removal and transport to the point of use.
The MDSS is constructed in a modular way and can be configured according to the customer's individual requirements. Various cassettes sizes and handling systems are available here.

There are countless configuration possibilities: An MDSS can be installed as a storage system directly at the die-cutting machine, but also at a separate warehouse with a few storage locations, as well as a large storage system with several 1,000 storage locations on multiple levels. The flexibility of the MDSS system also makes it easy to implement space-related special solutions."
