A unique year draws to a close. The anniversary year "100 years of Marbach".
Not every company reaches 100. To be precise, just over 1% of all companies in Germany reach this milestone. Founded in 1923, 2023 was a very special year for us: we as a family-owned company can look back over 100 years of company history.
Managing Partner Peter Marbach: "100 years of Marbach - that's an incredible feeling for me. Who would have thought it possible when my grandfather founded the company in 1923 and had to close it again after a short time, and only to start it up again a few months later."
100 years of Marbach, means 100 years of hard work and commitment, 100 years of experience, progress, innovation, perseverance and, last but not least, successful performance.
Peter Marbach continues: "2023 was a year in which we looked back to our roots. At the challenges of the last 100 years, but also at the many successes. What we have achieved as a company today fills me with pride and is a tribute to the work of my grandfather, my father, our management team and every single employee."
We will soon enter our 101st year and have started this approaching new Marbach century with a major sustainability offensive. We are journeying into the future with many activities connected to ecological, social and economic sustainability. In our Strategy 2028, we have defined how we will act as a global group of companies and how we aim to successfully shape the coming years.
