The Marbach Group celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2023. Despite the now sizeable company of more than 1,600 employees worldwide, Marbach has never forgotten its roots. Because Marbach is aware that the roots of the company's success story are found in the people, the employees, who have supported the company through the last 100 years.

A strong working environment for strong employees
An important part of the employee orientation at Marbach is employee health. Therefore, there are wide-ranging offers in this area such as sports and information events on healthy nutrition, health campaigns as well as regular fruit weeks where employees receive free fruit for one week. Marbach also regularly provides teams for the Stimme company run, the dragon boat race or the Trollinger Marathon in Heilbronn. Marbach continues: "A very special sports event is the Marbach Cup. Every 2-3 years, since 2006, this soccer tournament has been hosted by a different Marbach location or partner. Soccer teams travel from every Marbach location to play for the Marbach Cup. This has strengthened the sense of community of the group around the globe." Besides Germany, the Marbach Cup has already taken place in England, Russia, Czech Republic, Poland, Egypt and Slovakia. This year, the Marbach Cup will be held in Romania.
