Individual solutions for different requirements

The MDSS|smart and MDSS|pro storage systems offer state-of-the-art storage technology that is specifically tailored to the requirements of the packaging industry. They provide reliable individual solutions that ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The two system variants, MDSS|smart and MDSS|pro, differ in their design and area of application. Both are available for flat as well as rotary cutting-dies:

MDSS|smart: the smart solution, ideal for smaller projects. The manual operation ensures efficient and well-organized storage.

MDSS|pro: the high-end system for larger companies. This semi-automated variant enables storage with a crane system for maximum efficiency.

What makes MDSS|smart and MDSS|pro so special?
In close cooperation between Marbach and the sheet metal processing specialist Karoń-Lettero, the MDSS solutions set new standards in storage technology. Marbach's decades of experience in die-cutting technology are perfectly complemented by Karoń-Lettero's specialized know-how. And that’s what makes the new storage system unique.

    Before we started using the MDSS, storing our cutting-dies required a lot of space. In addition, there was always the risk of tools being damaged if stored improperly. Due to an increase in order volume, additional storage space for cutting-dies became necessary.     We needed a solution that could store all our cutting-die packages in the smallest possible space, and Marbach made exactly that possible. The system makes optimal use of every centimeter and also offers the option of a lift system. With the appropriate transport trolley, the cassettes can be easily lifted out of the storage system.
