After we have received your registration, you will get a confirmation of receipt immediately. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the course. You will receive a confirmation of enrollment as soon as the minimum number of participants of the course has been reached, at the latest 3 weeks before the beginning of the course.
For all bookings, the booking and cancellation conditions on this page apply. By registering for a training course at the Marbach Academy, you accept these as well as the general terms and conditions and the privacy policy of Karl Marbach GmbH & Co. KG.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE.
Deadline for registration is 4 weeks prior to the start of the course.
PAYMENT.
The payment is made by invoice. The term of payment is 14 days after receipt of invoice.
CANCELLATION.
It is possible to cancel your registration free of charge up to 28 calendar days before the course begins. In case of later cancellation Marbach can charge 50 % of the course fee plus VAT. In case of cancellation less than 7 working days prior to the start of the course or if the participant fails to attend, Marbach may charge the full course fee. This does not apply if the cancelling company provides a substitute participant.
Marbach reserves the right to cancel an event if the required minimum number of participants is not reached or if organisational or technical reasons make it impossible to conduct the training.
PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATE.
After participating in a Marbach training course, attendees will receive a certificate of participation.
COURSE FEE.
All prices quoted are net prices and do not include VAT. The prices include participation in the course, seminar materials and the catering during the day. Not included in the price are travel expenses, dinner and accommodation costs.
