The manual device mcut|notch-duo is a step notcher. Its special feature: two different notchers with varying widths (3-10 mm) in just one device. The operation of the tool is very simple. The two notchers are positioned one above the other. This ensures good handling as well as optimum accessibility when notching both widths. 

The manual gauge of the mcut|notch-duo ensures correct positioning of the notches, even in series production. Continuous depth adjustment of up to 19 mm makes notching at different heights child's play.

The mcut|notch-duo is very robust and has an excellent cutting ratio. The special cutting geometry ensures an easy and clean cut. With perfect results. The TiN-coated cutting elements are very hard and durable. They are equipped with cutting edges on both the upper and lower sides. This means that a worn element can immediately be made ready for use again simply by turning it. If the cutting element is worn out, it can also be reground up to 10 times by 0.15 mm.
