The supply security plays an important role when it comes to packaging production. That is why we have the Marbach greenplate. This consists of 2 basic materials: As the main material, it consists of a special fiber core (marbacore), for which mainly waste wood components are used. Birch veneer, which is difficult to obtain, is only used as a secondary material for the respective cover layers. This has enabled us to significantly reduce the share of birch wood in our dieboards, making us more independent of birch as a raw material. We are also reducing deforestation, as significantly fewer birch trees need to be felled for cutting-dies. The Marbach greenplate therefore stands for high security of supply. But that's not all: the special composition ensures excellent flatness, high compressive strength and high dimensional stability of the board. For you, this means low make-ready times, high machine speeds and excellent storage stability.
