We have a range of blanking tools in our portfolio to increase efficiency in packaging production. Depending on the requirements, the most suitable cutting tool is used.

The latest blanking innovation is the “alublanker”. The alublanker is a lightweight, high-precision aluminum tool that stands out for its low weight. “In addition, the high precision of the alublanker ensures perfect stacking, reduced set-up times and high machine speeds.” adds Reisser.

Besides the alublanker, we also offer the “lightblanker”. This is a modular, lightweight tool with a quick-release fastener. Its big advantage: the universal base frame can remain in the machine. It is always adapted to the job-specific separating grid. The lightblanker is ideal for short runs. 

The “marbablanker” is the perfect blanking solution for repeat jobs. Its tool frame is made of a high-strength aluminum profile, is individually designed for each job and is firmly attached to the actual separating grid. It stands for short set-up times and a fast and smooth blanking process.

Last but not least, we offer the traditional blanking tool “compactblanker”, which is very solid and stable due to its steel construction.
