Marbach calibration tool. Perfect register for low set-up times.
One year ago, we launched the calibration tool, a solution that allows you to calibrate your die-cutting machines yourself.
The die-cutting machine plays a decisive role in the production of packaging when it comes to the issue of set-up times. The most important factor here is the optimum matching of all stations and tool components to each other. Because if this register is not perfect, then costly makeready processes are unavoidable.
Jan Brunner, Sales Manager at Marbach: "Not so with the calibration tool. With it, a die-cutting machine is set to 0 and all stations are perfectly calibrated to each other. This increases process reliability in the overall process and significantly reduces set-up times for each individual job. For maximum performance in packaging production."
