Marbach at the K exhibition 2022 in Düsseldorf. Successful appearance.

We presented our latest innovations to our visitors at the K exhibition in Düsseldorf. We show ourself not only as a tool manufacturer, but also as an expert for topics such as process monitoring and sustainability.

Hubert Kittelmann, Sales Manager at Marbach Werkzeugbau GmbH: "We are very happy about the more than 220 visitors and the consistently exciting discussions at the K exhibition. The top topics at our booth this year were mainly our CONNECT|M solution for process monitoring and optimization, as well as solutions for barrier packaging with special functions. And last but not least, of course, the topic of sustainability."

Directly after the exhibition, we were already able to start several projects with customers. An all-around successful trade show participation for us.

Perfect blanking.

We have a range of blanking tools in our portfolio to increase efficiency in packaging production. Depending on the requirements, the most suitable cutting tool is used.

Marbach embossing transfer system.

We launched our new transfer system for embossing dies at drupa in June of this year. With this system, packaging manufacturers will be able to significantly reduce the set-up times for placing their embossing plates on the cutting plate.

Highest precision in reverse cutting.

We have numerous technologies in our portfolio to improve packaging production performance. One of these is the split anvil, which ensures that packaging can be equipped with elegant and functional opening mechanisms.

In reverse-cutting, the paperboard material is not cut through but scored from both sides in alternate positions. The tool requires the highest precision to ensure that this special opening mechanism of a package works optimally.

We have special tool solutions for the tobacco industry in our portfolio. Because special requirements demand special solutions. The two Marbach technologies are called crease-plate-die|+ and crease-plate-die|rc. These not only ensure the best creasing results but also the highest productivity during die-cutting and the subsequent packaging process.
