We feature various blanking solutions for our customers in our extensive portfolio. One of them, the Marbach lightblanker, ensures that machine blanking makes economic sense even for short runs and simple layouts.

In the blanking process, the individual packaging blanks are separated from each other after die-cutting and stripping. This process can either be done manually or by machine. Machine blanking offers many advantages, which make the use of a blanking tool worthwhile even for simple layouts and short runs.

The lightblanker consists of a base frame that is installed in the die-cutting machine and a job-specific separating grid that can be quickly and easily replaced for each new job. Due to its low weight and thanks to the quick-release fastener, the lightblanker can be installed and converted by a single person in just a few steps. Changing over to a sheet delivery also takes almost no time at all.
