Highest performance through cooperation with Marbach. Enthusiastic customer reports.

Marbach supports its customers’ performance in their production. One customer who can confirm this is Manuel Nieto, Technical Manager at Quimica Comercial in Ecuador.  Marbach and Quimica Comercial have been working together for two years. With great success. And with the support of Marbach, Quimica Comercial has been able to significantly increase its productivity.

Quimica Comercial has had positive experiences with the Marbach masterstrip|plate in the stripping tool sector. Nieto: "We use Marbach's masterstrip|plate for stripping. Even jobs with many small stripping parts run smoothly through the stripping station. Not only at high speed, but without machine stops and with very good stripping results. So not only are we  enthusiastic, but our customers too."

Before cooperation with Marbach, setting-up was a very difficult process for Quimica Comercial. The make-ready times were very long, and resulted in long machine downtimes. Nieto: "By using Marbach tools, we were able to significantly reduce our make-ready times. To further increase our productivity, Marbach worked with us to analyze our processes and develop set-up time routines for us as well as training our machine operators so that we could increase our set-up efficiency even further.”

Another challenge for Quimica Comercial was a corrugated board tool for die-cutting polypropylene-coated material on a non-standard die-cutting machine. Nieto: "Here Marbach was able to develop the specifications for die-cutting this special material on our machine. This enabled us to increase machine performance by more than 40 %. An amazing result for us."

Quimica Comercial will further strengthen its cooperation with Marbach in the future in order to increase delivery performance even more for its customers.
