Marbach’s Universal Sheet Delivery. Customers increasingly rely on new Marbach solution.
Marbach has recently added a new technology to its portfolio under the name Universal Sheet Delivery. The Universal Sheet Delivery is a tool that can be used to supplement the blanking unit in the die-cutting machine so it can be quickly and easily adapted to each individual job. The first customers are already using the new Marbach tool.
Sales Manager Bernhard Reisser: "Up to now the conversion of a die-cutter from blanking to sheet delivery was very time-consuming due to necessary machine modifications. But this changes with our Universal Sheet Delivery. With it, the die-cutting machine can be adjusted very quickly and easily. In most cases even without removing the upper part of the sheet delivery. This means a great time gain for the machine operators: the set-up time is greatly reduced and so productivity is significantly increased. The first customers to use this universal sheet delivery system are very satisfied and have confirmed for us their great time gains."
A lightblanker base frame in the lower section can be a useful addition to the Universal Sheet Delivery. If required, the Universal Sheet Delivery can also be combined with a guillotine to separate the gripper edge waste, and so can be used flexibly in accordance with the user's requirements.
