New technology with punctual elastomer buffers.
The crease-plate-die|+ is a further development of the crease plate die. The elastomer sheet is replaced by punctual buffers on the back of the crease plate. This creates a creasing with a defined gauge. For a more consistent creasing result.

NEW: crease-plate-die|rc.
Special solution for ROUND CORNER cigarette packaging.
The crease-plate-die|rc is an addition to the crease-plate-die|+ technology that includes a split crease plate. It is specially designed for cigarette packaging with round corner design and is used mainly for varying carton quality.
With this technology, a make-ready of round corner creases can be made quickly and easily independently of the "normal" 90° creases of the blank. For the optimal fulfillment of the high quality requirements of cigarette manufacturers for their packaging.
NEW: lower pin unit.
including special high precision lower pins.
With the new lower pin unit, waste is safely stripped during the production of packaging. Lower pin unit is especially useful when highest reliability is required during stripping but this cannot be achieved with conventional tools. In the case of a repeat job, it is not necessary to set all the lower pins again, but can simply use the existing lower pin unit and start the production of the job immediately.
